srry for bad english

I think it would be nice if, for example i / duel 16 1000
that means 2 times 1000 is inserted so the one who wins gets 2000

nah, everyone will get into /duel when a one world race is coming up so they can make a good record..

records have always been disabled for people using /duel.. i made sure of that
