err, thats gross... Even BodyBuilding got a limit... I do Gym for football reasons, ands its already pain in t' ass, i can't imagine how many h's bodyB spend...
Ps: i do gym almost every day on school time, and on vacations (I sleep)

Hm, since in the highest champ of football my age, i need to do a lot of cardio :X everytime i go to gym i do 4 km in 17min, then all broken up i got to do the workouts :X

Yeah, even if you do 'roids: you can't expect to gain muscle from nowhere. You need to eat...a lot (not McDonalds) and exercise.
Still, I wouldn't touch steroids because of the side effects (man-boobs, penis shrinkage, rage, stunted growth for young people). :D

LOL no. 'roids must still be combined with exercise. They are basically chemicals that stimulate the body to produce more tissue. This must be combined with diet and exercise to make more muscle. More muscle automatically means more strength. I think anyone with a regular workout plan stands to gain both mass and strength from using steroids.
But like I said, steroids are not magic drugs and I personally still think the cost outweighs the benefits.

nope ,This corresponds to the central nervous system, not muscles.
U think why weightlifters from 70+ kg kategory are benching almost 200kg?
