Title: Same races in vote menu [Fixed]

Lately the previous races keeps popping up in the vote menu, it seems it's about 20 races that pops up again and maybe one new....

one time madmax was skipping race by /next and same race been choosen 2 time in a row

coz of new counter, they will apear in voting until they will be raced

now we have sth that counts and remember races that were raced, so they not in voting again,

when race number reach 50, the list will be filled to 2000 again

Well said.

It's got a few flaws, if [SC]Isildur1 didn't report this, the sever could of crashed. Still need to work on it.
