A ban evader is someone who just keeps rejoining after being banned.

There are only a few bans with 200.141.*.*
And they are from a while ago, could be he is in the same IP range..

Junkbuster reported you for having teleport hacks, so I spectated you. I saw that you were in race mode, but miles away from anywhere in the race, so it looked like you'd hacked. Could have been a bug, and you sound pretty innocent. Any chance of an unban?

unless you actually see someone teleporting about, don't ban for that :P
