Timeout spam
I like play on this server, and i'm sorry for my unstable ADSL connection..

Hi, yes I'm aware of your bad ADSL connection.

Unfortunatly your timeouts spam the chatbox. It's annoying.
Mods was the first reason for a ban, but that's not right.

I'll talk with Snoopy to try fix this problem.

Suggestion : If you timeout twice in a short period of time, do not keep trying to join server. Try again in 10 minutes or something.

re-install sa ;)

worked for me when I had that many time outs..
