I can't handle this shit my ping is 300 on server(usual is 60-80),i am losing patience cause fuckin ISP not care about quality of internet .
Am paying 20 euro per month 5Mb/s speed of internet but they giving me shit of 1Mb well i am out of server until
they fix god damn speed and ping of connection.Really i am upset now.

Today ISP gives to me new modem,they promise going to fix all tomorrow in the morning,unless something goes wrong see you tomorrow on server.
Internet speed is still limited but ping is double better.

300 ping is awesome. Try 400!

300 isn't problem problem if ping is stabile that is why i posted diagram of sa:mp client to show you how pings jumps and makes me laggy.Also Vert you are on end of world and ping of 400 is normal for you i am less then 2000km away from server so ping should be less,around 70 in best case.
Well all problems solved only ping is bit high around 100 not ISP fault cause they buying internet speed from Telekom (main ISP in Serbia hosted in Belgrade) and some problem exist on UP link,should be fixed soon
