Dude, that was a serious mistake. I play on AdrenalineX since 2011 and I pratice racing on GTA SA since 2009 when I met SA-MP. It's not just about time, because I know that I'm not one of the bests, but you guys banned me just because ONE racetime looks "strange" considering my stats? Really?
You know me, I've never get banned from AX for cheating. I hate this kind of thing. That's one of the reasons that I'm always looking to help you guys reporting the brazilian cheaters that I know. In this 6 years I never used any modification that gives benefits to my game, so why would I use it nowadays?
I think you guys should review my banishment, I don't deserve to stay banned for a simple highscore beaten, please.

Well, I'm going to a trip right now so I'm not sure if I will can check or reply to this topic for 2 days or less. All that I had to say is on the previous post.

i raced it with highscore split time, you were gaining ridiculous amounts of time in corners and acceleration parts, meaning you probably have a weather mod because those are the areas you'd gain time in a rain race if you disabled rain.

I also made WanGs7eR (top13 in highscores) and Painkiller (top1 in highscores) race them more than once, even like that they didn't go below 1.22, and, sorry if this is mean, but they are better than you, so there's no way that time is possible.

I recently installed a weather mod that sets the weather and time to 12:00 and clear sky to record the Best of Majde (Hydra stunts video) clips that I'm editing. I don't realised that it could be the point of this problem because I did not give attention to the name of the race "SUPERGT_IN_RAIN". It was not my intention to have benefits using this mod because it doesn't changes the handling, speed or gravity of the game, but I did not think about the possibility of rain, haze and weathers like this.
I hope you know that I wouldn't use any modification that give benefits on purpose. That was a big fault on my part. I hope to be unbanned, it will never happen again.

Found it strange, but I raced well btw, I didn't crash one single time so I thought it could be possible and left this behind. Never crossed my mind that it could be something about the weather mod :L

I'm sorry but we can't unban you, the rules are clear about mods and you're responsible for what you install on your pc, you should have been more careful. You'll be unbanned in 2 years.

Really? Agus, you know me. I've always been a good player, I've never used any kind of modification since 2011 when I started playing AdrenalineX , contrariwise, I was always trying help you guys with cheaters and stuff. As I explained, that was not my intention to use that weather mod to have benefits, that was just a fault and a lack of attention because I was recording the clips of Madje video and I logged into AX and I kept using because I was lazy to leave the game again and unistall the mod, so I kept using as I saw that it doesn't changes anything on the performance of the car, but I didn't think about the rain possibility. Do you really think that I deserve to stay banned for that? Please, I'm pretty sure that you can put an exception on it.(http://www.gtastunting.net/Smileys/gtas/euro.gif)

We can't put an exception on it, because then we'd have to unban every regular player who ever got banned for a similar reason, and that's not gonna happen because the rules are clear about this, and you're responsible for the mods you use.
We can't just unban every regular player who gets banned for mods/hacks just because they're regulars.

Dude that was just a mistake, something not intentional, I don't wanted to have advantage over the other players, I was lazy to unistall the mod on that moment and that's why I logged in using it, unfortunately I fall in a rain race that I didn't know that it was in rain.
Now please Agus, answer my previous question. Do you really think that I deserve to stay banned for 2 years longs just for an simple mistake that was not intentional? And if that was you, how would you feel if you were banned from an server that you like and was used to play there everyday?
