Welp, just had a good long gander at this entire situation!
Before i say anything, would just like to thank the higher-ups for giving me a shot at admin. I've contacted a few of you in pm and discussed a few guidelines etc, also seen the list of rules/guidelines etc. Been an admin on all the top Australia servers for 3 years or so and won't let you down!
Anyway, seems like some srs drama is taking place lol! I know many of you will feel i couldn't/shouldn't have an opinion on the matter seeing as i'm only around from time to time. The thing is the little flaming wars that have been going on between Vert & Jalicno all this time is their problem. Heck, they might never see eye to eye and manage to sort it out. Even if, it should be nobody elses problem to deal with. They have both contributed in building up this shit-storm of epic proportions, bailing one of them out by punishing the other isn't fair at all. Saying you will leave if you don't get your way is just plain childish.
I think vert is the one who came up unlucky this time. No matter the situation.. there has been wrong doing on both parts obviously and he is the only one punished. Either do something about the both of them, or none of them.
Jalicno, i can only hope you aren't serious, and are infact joking about banning all [CtP] members, and range banning all Australians lol? Evil_Gnomes would have nowhere to race against quality competitors
Just my two cents, please let them work this out or continue to fight on their own, don't punish or reward them based on the accusations of the other.

hey guys, just thought i'd share a little info/intro on our clan seeing as we have a few regular players on your fine server now. I founded the clan about two years ago now and we have since become one of the top dming clans of Australia, with about 20 members or so. Granted we have some awesome dmers, we are not technically a dm clan. I usually use the term an "anything goes" kinda clan. Lots of stunters, racers and just free roam fun most of the time. Sometime a year or so ago i started playing on international racing servers and found the XR and RSD servers, enjoyed them both. Eventually met up with another Australian there in Vertigo (formally of XR.)
The servers went down for a while and for the most part i forgot about the awesome international racing servers, until getting in contact with vert again, he linked me to the new UK (as well as becoming a member of our clan) We have some pretty awesome versatility now between racers, dm'ers and just a bunch of lazy, easy going folks.

its ur opinion. let us decide on our own how good is Vertigo.
Note that my post was in reply to your first quote where you basically said i have nothing to say (i.e my opinion isn't valid) because i used the word motherfucker in game (which btw i will remind was not directed at anyone.)
Do you expect me to sit silently while you, jalicno and co bad mouth a good administrator, player and clan member? Do you expect me to sit silently while you spawn vehicles which interfere with races, and generally act like someone who takes their administrator position for granted? Like Tommy and Snoop touched on, this is a public server and public forum - everyone has a right to voice there opinion.

Woah woah buddy, get it straight for a minute please... this is completely out of context. I have nothing to say here? Another fine example of you classifying everyone who is below you in server rank as some fool with an invalid opinion. I have been playing UK since the beginning when it bounced around various ip addresses. This is one of my favourite chill out servers, and for the most part that is all i do, "Chill Out". You're making me out like some bad guy here, when i have quite a good repore with many of the server admins and founders. When leaving the server a few nights ago i admit i said "bye motherfuckers" to a few friends who were also playing. If i am not allowed to say than i apologize, and i will watch my mouth (or type) in the future.
Now when i joined the next day you got all up in my space with the worst cocky admin attitude ever, even threatening to ban me. Not too brag, but you seem to have this idea of me as some complete noob. I am one of the high level admins on CJA, which happens to be the number 1 server in Australia. I have the up-most respect for the majority of admins on this server, but one thing i don't like is someone who acts all cocky and thinks they can do whatever they want simply because they have the admin tag.
Spawning a hydra in the middle of a race is irresponsible altogether in my opinion. You should only be spawning vehicles and shit somewhere where you are not bothering anyone. It's really not fair and should be considered admin abuse. As for vert, you guys are in the wrong. Have known him for a year or so now through various racing servers and he does everything with good intentions, even if the decision is ultimately against his own clan. In other words, there is no bias whatsoever that goes into his decision making. One of the better admins on UK imo.
