You deserve a ban because you can't use hacks to be faster than players, since this is against the rules. I just checked your top on SlamvanSeries_5 and unless you can explain who it is possible to go from -0.2s faster to +3s slower from top1 (CP 13 to CP 20) without using cheats, you will stay banned for 2 years as anybody else. And for your own information there's absolutely nothing wrong in being better or on the same level with fastest players, as long as you keep your game clean from cheats.
Your unban is set at 22/09/2020. Please remember that everytime you get caught evading a week gets added to this date.

I do apologize for the late reply. We decided to give you the benefit of the doubt, consequently you won't stay banned for 2 years. Unfortunately for you we cannot unban you right away since we have no actual proof that your story is true; Said that we found a compromise and decided to keep you banned for 6 months starting from the day of your ban (10/02/2018). That means you have to stay banned until 10/08/2018. Please, once that date comes don't join the server immediately but post on that topic before so that a lvl2 admin can unban you.

You evaded multiple times, consequently that date (18/01/2018) is not correct. We have to count how many times you evaded before saying what's the correct unban date. Anyway no, you have to wait for a lvl2 admin to unban you, after that you can join the server.

According to your point of view, i should let someone play with 600 ping and see how he rams all players in his same world without doing nothing. You're trying so hard to disrespect admin work, i don't think you'd be able to do any better than all of us.

And? He doesn't insult anyone when he's doing that, so i don't see what is the point of that sentence since if he rage quits it's only because he wanted to do so. Everyone gets rammed,  it's normal since not everyone sadly has a good ping/ISP. The fact is that you don't understand that this is part of the game, it happens even in real races so why shouldn't it happen in a game? The difference comes when the ramming is intentional since this is against rules.

Why only admins is not for this idea? Ofc, when someone ram admin admin can give prison/kick whatever.

This is pure bullshit. Each admin is always available when it comes to checking reports, instead of shouting in chat that there's a rammer/hacker you should use /report or if there isn't any admin online report it in the Hacker post we have on the forum.

But how much time admins be online on server? How much time is server online without admins?

You know, unlike you not everyone has the time to play this game anymore. The server is currently pretty much covered when it comes to admins so you're wrong, again, on that specific matter.
This looks like to me just an excuse you're using in order to get a promotion.

What you think what players doing on server when admin is not online?? Btw, why server have rules? Rules about ramming?

What they are supposed to do? There are rules about ramming because without them, it would no longer be a racing server but a Derby one. Rules about ramming are indisputable, and if you're thinking to remove them you're going crazy.



I am not against Ghostmode, on the contrary i am more than happy if we decide to edit SOME of the already existing WORLD races to GM+Merge. But i don't see the point of editing Time Trial races to those modes as well.

Since you admitted that you used it, there's no point to post further screens. Anyway, we decided to keep you banned for 1 month from now it means you'll be unbanned on 18/01/2018. In addition to that all of your records will be deleted. Please, consider that every evade from that ban will result in a week being added to that date, so it's not really worth for you to evade. Once the ban will expire, no other kinds of cheating/mods (that affects the gameplay) will be tolerated.

Yeah it was pretty cool, some CPs made me crazy because they were placed really really badly, but considering how big the race was, it's somehow understandable. I wish there were more players from AX though, sad to see that only me and elan were the only ones interested in having some fun. Anyway, mad props to whoever finished in top3, race wasn't easy at all.
