In fraps:
- Lower the resolution
- Lower the framerate
To go much further you need an editing/converting software such as Virtual dub, which can compress your videos into .avi or .mp3 files and dramatically reduce the size. (depending on the bitrate you pick)
You need codecs for this (xvid, divx, h264..)
If you are lazy, you can just use xfire, which compresses by itself the recorded videos. (You can later find the compressed video in program files/xfire/videos)
