I see it has changed. Is this for good that you now need level 1 or 2 to spawn anything?

Was this due to abuse?

I used the "^" on a test and I scored the lowest score possible.. ??? And one above me got the highest score, stupid teacher didn't get it  >:(

lol i had a test today, in science. one question was "what happens to bacteria when you put spot cream on it?" duuuh! it was too obvious so i just put "it gets pwned".
Then when there was a confusing question i put "wtf u mean lol?" :L i been playing sa-mp too much
