Also admins are having redirecting problems here.

As i wrote in upper post,doesnt matter who you are admin or regular user. I am having same problem on LSR forum. You should check your forum aswell to make sure mooman contact KJ with full list of details if same stuff happens on yours cause i am pretty sure you use clean SMF theme without any add-on if am correct

I think its hosting fault cause same problems started on LSR forum 10 minutes ago...i am 100 percent sure whole forum code is clean and there no any recently mods installed

There is nothing wrong with dedicated video ram,you have discrete Intel HD model which is fine for facebook,youtube and some flash online games...Pure 3D games you can barely play of course with settings on Low or similar depend of size of your monitor and resolution what you set.

Probably you won't reach even 30-40 FPS in best case with everything set on Low,so if you are about to play that game you need at least R7 240 or similar

Can't find any good reason to suggest someone to buy that kind of PC if he has already one except for office work(MS Word,Excel and so on) you can forget about any proper gaming with that configuration ....

probably your old PC would run smoother Windows than Celeron 540 paired with H61 motherboard

Better save cash what you have than pay 200 euro for something what no one would even call PC

Even birds know about G92  chip(8800/9800) ... but temperature and heavy load on PSU make me sure to not suggest you any of them.

Since you are stuck with 400W there are not many models on list, probably best is 6450 in low end budged segment - cost around 30 euro.

There are many old/used cards by same price but i am afraid your motherboard and rest of components going handle that well.



For sure 6670 is good offer as Andy said but price is higher by double if i am correct,so there comes question is it worth buying that if you plan change completely PC in short period....

ATI catalyst never was friendly to this game i could honestly say that cause since 2005 i have played on X1650,2600XT,HD3650,HD4850 and last 3 years HD6850.
Since 9.1 version till updated 13.x they didn't made much progress,ironically some options in Catalyst Center were disabled or made game total unplayedable...with low FPS,Shader or Vertical sync problems

As you said all other games runs smooth instead of just GTA:SA

I find this strange but, Catalyst 12.8 is kindoff faster than the 12.9 and 12.10?? the difference are on the FPS,,, is there anyone having this?? I have an Powercolor hd6850

Solution exist but you must be patient to find what you looking for.

Easiest way is to completely uninstall Catalyst Control Center and ATI drivers in general and give try to Omega Drivers, they run fine without MS Framework so it will use less resources on your PC which result better performance and probably decent FPS on this game.  (I am not 100% sure there is support for your model cause website has been down in moment when i checked support list)

Or if you want play with CCC drivers try some older version as 9.8, 10.3, 11.12 or some what match with your model of card...12.6 is latest designed for 4xxx series

Its been long time ago since i sold my 4850

Obe konfiguracije su daleko od kvaliteta,izbegavaj ponude sa instaliranim Windows-om jer to bezpotrebno podize cenu.

Ako ne zuris sa kupovinom stripi se do pred bozic izace nove grafike i naravno cene idu dole pa mozes uzeti mnogo bolji racunar tipa sa i3/i5 intel procesorom i grafikom  7790/7850 za novac koji bi platio gore navedeno

Fan isn't dead until makes rotation.
In your case probably dust caused disbalance and RPM rise 30% than usual

If you can't stand that noise replace fan with new one or if your PC is still in warranty period go visit shop where you bough PC to let them solve problems.
