Reason for ban: lamppost mods
Reason why I should be unbanned: It's a pretty long story, so please bear with me.

I bought San Andreas a while ago, but it was a v2.00 version, and for some reason I couldn't patch it to run SA:MP.
So I tried looking for a v1.00 online, at torrent sites, and when I finally found one that was actually 1.00, it turned out to be a modded version.
All the buildings were modded, clucking bell was suddenly KFC, Burger shot was Mcdonalds etc... You get the point...
The bottom line is, lamp posts were also given another look. They were modded to some kind British medieval styled, and most of them weren't solid, meaning I could drive some.
I didn't know that this would be a big enough advantage to be disallowed, and I didn't know how to fix it anyway.

I would like a second chance, because I wasn't fully aware that this wasn't allowed (I did look at the rules, and from what I understood, only vehicle mod / stats tweaks weren't allowed).
Secondly, I would like to apologize to those I might have offended or annoyed with this.

Honestly, I didn't know it would be this harmful, so I never thought of fixing it.
Also, I don't know much about this modding stuff.

We've always asked players to remove the LampMod.

It's a modification for most servers, but at our server., it's seen as a hack.

Attached is a .ZIP archive.

Step 1:  Download IMG Tool  =  http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f552-img-tool-20
Step 2:  Download the attached file below
Step 3:  Extract IMG Tool and the attached file below, to Desktop
Step 4:  Run IMG Tool, click 'Open' and find a file called gta.img  (Main directory/models)
Step 5:  Click 'Commands', click 'Add' then add the two .col files from your desktop (dynamic.col and dynamic2.col).

Ok, I followed your steps.
I've been in single player, and it seems that lamps are normal now.

Are your vehicles modded too?   Vehicle mods are not allowed.

I'm very sure that no vehicles are modded.
I've been playing single player a lot, and not one vehicle seemed modded, just buildings.
