I noticed that anyone can rename themselves, which is good. The fact that they can add themselves to any clan they like seems a bit weird.

How about a system where only clan leaders can change someone's clan to theirs?

This is building on one of Hamster's suggestions:

"Why not make some fun stats in the highscore page? Like average finish position for a player, average points (non-record points) gathered per day for a player, longest win streak and other fun info."

mooman's response:

"Currently all the stats you can see are the only ones we're keeping. i can easily make an average finish position stat and all the other stuff mentioned should be possible with a bit of work"

Can we all have a brainstorm in what stats we would want on the site? mooman, can you list all the values that are stored so we can work out some cool ways to use them?

If there is 5 top records and i delete one as it is a hacked record, if i then type /top5 again, it only shows 4 records.

Something is not realising that some records have been deleted.

The first row of 4 on the grid seem ok, all the others are fucked and my fps went to about 2.

Looking down the list there are quite a few records by the same people with slightly different names. For example, [FRS]Devil666 is on there, does that need integrating with [FRS]Phobos?

Rac3r has 3 listings, do they need assimilating too?

Wasn't there a bit in the admin section to do this?

General Server Discussion / Purpose or Mission Statement of the Server

Do we have one?

It's a weird question i know, but my idea of a forced registration turning racers off got me thinking.

Are we actively aiming to get new users on? If so, do we want ones that will stick around?
Do we want transient racers who come on once and never again or do we want to encourage racers to stay and improve and join in the community (just like we all did)?

It would be interesting to see usage stats on racers to see how long the average racer is active on the server from first playing to registering (done in IP i guess?) Or registering to never playing again/getting banned or whatever.

I am genuinely interested to know as (we all know) i am a fair bit older than everyone else and have been voting since Labour got in power back in 97.
