Title: some maps are causing massive timeouts

maps like nuclear wastelands or RnB-nrg-GP - banshee-mountains are causing massives timeouts.

maybe  it's since the distance thing  increasement ?

With the yesterday's massive timeout we were suspecting of a player, actually, becouse it ''lasted'' two maps, the one that max loaded with the limos and the one after it, and when that player left, the timeouts stopped. Oh, and in the meantime a spambot appeared too  :-\

A lot of timeouts on zole maps today. Needs checking again by Max I guessss...

timeouts are still there.

I'll lower the stream distance :)
