I think this is just a mistake... maybe the concerned admin just quickly checked his admin panel and banned you for evading because someone else using the same nickname has already been banned in the past for cheating :

This ip is from CZ while yours is from Romania though ..

yup, I was on irc, bunnies was undercover on server so he couldnt make the ban himself, he told me to do it, I asked him if he was sure, he said yeah so I banned, anyway why should you wait almost a month to make the request?

hes from Romania...

i dont remember asked you to ban him.... when i join in server with fakename.. i also join in IRC and i ban from there by myself... :) i want more bans to my list...
