Why not? It's 1year ago, you never ever tried cheats?
What's the point of unbanning and getting a fair racer on your server? You don't want your server full with players?

Hey, well i am banned from your server.. I guess its a long time ago and idk why anymore but its so long ago already can't remember it.
I would appreciate an unban.
