impossible time on doubleyou
first of all i didn't hack/cheat/mod ....etc its a false ban
second i was excepting this ban after getting that record because a guy got banned for same reason in same race
dude its a race on a straight road only some configurations (options) can make a difference.
you can remove my records if you wish so (and i'll make sure to not play this race from now on) kindly unban me because you are wrong
i'm not in a hurry take your time and think about that

Considering the kind of race, and the top times that have been made through the years, it's no way possible to achieve a top1 time with a 90 ping like in your case. I don't understand what you're trying to say, so if you can explain how you got that time without using hacks i'd really like to unban you, otherwise see you in 2 years (15/12/2018).

screen resolution 1024x600 (at that time) i usually race with 1280x720

Any mod that gives you an advantage will, depending on the advantage, get you banned instantly or kicked first then banned if you rejoin without removing it. Not knowing that mods give you an advantage is no excuse.

Timecyc and EffectsPC doesn't give any kind of adv. it just increases your FPS (frames per second) and according to whats written in forums
its legal

You used a mod which bypasses the usual FPS limit from SAMP of 100. Higher FPS obviously gives you an advantage.
