Title: New to game, unable to play [UNBANNED]

So friend told me about this server he likes to play most so I decided to try it out myself. Installed game as didn't play GTA for many years. Problem is I'm unable to even join a game.  Here is what I get: http://www.pohrani.com/f/3t/5o/TRzE6pq/wtfban.png

This looks like you banned whole ip range on biggest ISP (t-com/iskon) in my country. I'm sorry for troubles that someone from Croatia caused to you (that caused ban), but could you please reconsider banning whole IP range? Its pretty unfair that I (and possibly other Croatians who did nothing wrong) can't join just because some stupid kid broke rules or acted like idiot...

moras da sacekas mooman-a, tvoj range nam je pravio mnogo problema. mora da razmisli da li da skine taj ban
