More terror attacks in Paris. The borders are shut, France has declared state of emergency, military forces has moved into the city. A couple of coordinated attacks has taken place, shootings killing multiple people, bombs going off killing even more. There is also information saying that 100's of people being kept hostage at a opera hall.
This is probably the biggest terrorist attack in Europe since WW2.

Tmartn recently had his temp-ban lifted and he's being monitored by yours truly to prevent further ramming from his side.
If he continues with his intentional ramming and blocking please record video or screenshot evidence of him and post it here.
I'd also like to apologize for the fact that he was allowed go keep on going with this behaviour for so long with no action taken. But I believe that he has learned his lesson and should act accordingly in the future.

That will not prove anything. I have loaded that race at least 6 or 7 times now, and no one have been able to get close to your time.

Either way, the time you have set is impossible. Are you completely sure you don't have any mods that affect your game besides the appearance of your character?

I can't answer for those records you listed, I actually have no idea what they are.
The races in which you have set 1 are drag races. They are simply a measurement of your ping and FPS. And since your ping at the time of the record on Shell_helix was close to 90, It does not make sense that you made that time in a legit way. And FPS abuse is entirely out of the question since it would not help you in that particular race.
