Not possible because  in Croatian , you can have only one sender
you cant have two sender in same time in croatia this is impossible
Only if have neighbors whom know WIFI Password and then conect with warles(i dont have just say like exzample, in croatia people hiden WIFI key like kidney) , but agin then you will have only one sender agin you cant have two in same time

Just because something makes sense to me you denied ? without evidence ? Everything you say there are only speculations
I do not understand check sure my ip address and hosting this is what I have time in the race was not a big deal
I ride many times and found a shortcut what's the problem ?
Do you punish every player if is a little better and has small points ?
