Title: Unban [BANNED]

Hello,
I have some problems. My friend just gave me an ip adress of this server (actually I never played here). I tried to enter the server, but it says that I am banned. Well I am not sure, but I think that it was my brother who left our house and now I am living in his room and playing with computer which he had when he lived here. Maybe he was banned (I never thought that he plays sa-mp). Looking from my side it is unfair. Can you help me?
