not saying he's innocent but i don't think he should be banned if there isn't any conclusive evidence. the lies and inconsistencies in his stories make him seem guilty though i don't think that's enough, also the lamp vid is kind of questionable.
i do remember in one tt though he gained a hell of a lot of time in one part and i couldn't come close to equaling it and i tried quite a few times, the best split time i got in that section was just a .200 loss, there were also lamps on the apex so it's arguable that he lamp modded to gain that advantage.

even if there were cheats, wouldn't you expect at least one of the super skilled players to accuse another super skilled player of cheating? the reason this never happens is because the 'super skilled' are more aware of what's possible and what's not. i think you're overreacting and destroying your reputation with what you've been saying. it's not like it's something that matters, being able to drive fast on samp isn't an important thing, it's useless in the real world so i don't know why you're so upset you can't do it.
saying painkiller drives for top1s and not fun is ridiculous, if top1s gave us money or something of material value then you could say that but fun is literally the only reason to play this, and if he finds making top1s fun, then what's the problem?

HUEHUEHUE behaving only 1-2 days as superjames and already admins saying stop or you will be punished..why dont you do it to him too? scared of his monkey mafia or wut?
james mostly insults people's gaming ability, nothing that actually matters or should upset someone. i used to see him make racist comments quite a lot, but recently i haven't seen any of it, he's improved and manages to keep his trolling somewhat within the rules. at the moment you're coming off a lot worse than him but you're blaming admins for it rather than taking responsibility. i'll admit to a certain degree of bias 'cause i do like superjames but i'd imagine that even from a neutral perspective you're behaving worse than he is right now.
