Unban Requests / dopez - Unban Request

Hi guys, finally i got my account on forum, so lets explain what happened yesterday..
I found this server on SAMP masterlist and i was really intrigued, so i decide to join...After 1h, Exodus log into server and ban me with reason "ban evading", i think it was an error, so i try to log about 2 times but without success...today, after came back to school i decide to log into server (yes, i'm sorry for ban evading, but i got an issue with forum and i wasnt able to log into forum, i'm sorry but is the only way to contact mooman for activation) for explain my version...In Italy there is a really famous internet Provider called "Telecom Italia" (if you dont trust me ->http://www.telecomitalia.it/<-) which, majority part of their ip start with "79.xx.xxx.x" as mine (if you dont trust me x2 there is a list with a lot of italian's ip which start "79" http://lgnet.it/index4.php?a=79) i think that an italian player with my same internet provider has been banned, so when Exodus check the ip he think i was evading, but i NEVER log into server until yesterday (check also samp's serial for didnt fall in trouble) and its normal for an admin...so i'm sorry for my bad english, and hope to get unbanned c:
