Unban Requests / Unban if can :)

Hello !

Firt of all i was not using any hack cuz i was playing fair
This is my first ban I have played here for half a year and no one was complaining to me normally talk to anyone you might have got it wrong because I have not used now entered the server and got ban.Honest I'm not a hacker player like the others who have so far been banned from the server
means playing fair "is not nobody complained" I helped new players when they enter the server about commands

1. I was ISG-test member
2. now i'm ISG full member and can't change name so can some of you ppl reset that.. if that not problem
i want to change Mansi_[ISG]
