Man that's a lame approach,why don't you just ban the players you actually saw using hacks?
Some admins said he didn't cheat cause of hacks so you'll just ban a lot of innocent players like that.

Did you ever consider that WSD could be using hacks behind your back? I know it sounds far-fetched but throughout the 2 years we've been up and running we had certain people do mischievous acts behind our backs, some of them have been close to us and good friends.

Did you ever consider he's not hacking since i played with him like over a year plus you never actually seen him hack PLUS the only argument you got about him hacking is that laughable 200ms difference between him and the 2nd place!?!?!????????And im not even saying anything about the only sane people here who said his overclocking explains everything but yet everyone else ignored them somehow right.And my judgement isn't clouded because he's my friend,YOUR the ones with clouded judgment here for the same reason he's not your friend and you don't even know him and for some reason you can't just take neither my word for it and neither is Adam's,yea i doubt if the thought you could be wrong even crossed your mind if all the 10 members of our clan would testify,i know who i can trust and who not so don't tell me about taking things in consideration mate.

So screw what I said, here's to explaining it all:
- The race he won in is called "double"
- The word "double" comes from the only key you have to press to finish the race, which is the 'w' key.
- That race is meant to measure PC performance and ping, and it's zero percent competition.

- All you have to do is press 'w' til' you cross the finish line and your time will tell you how fast your PC/ping is compared to the others.
So okay, everything about the race explained. Let's talk about what had happened a few days ago.

^ That screenshot is NOT the race results, it's the records for the race (hence when you go to a real life race-track, the track will have track records you can try to beat).
All you have to do is press 'w' til' you cross the finish line and your time will tell you how fast your PC/ping is compared to the others.

- He runs a quad-SLI setup consisting of 2 GTX 295 cards and a quad core overclocked to 3.4GHz.
- He has a 50mbps internet connection.
- The server is just next door to his house.
Now, we've been running the race for a good year or so now, and no matter how much we buy hardware/overclock the shit out of our comps/turn off every process in our system/turn down graphic settings when doing that race, we cannot seem to get over the 7 second mark.
The only ways you could possibly go over the 7 second mark at the moment are:
- Have a better PC than mooman (not so likely unless you're one of these guys: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tR--2ivkFSQ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tR--2ivkFSQ)
- Live closer to the server than mooman (not so likely since he's already the closest thing on earth to our damn server)
- Use hacks
- Install car mods (and yes, even if you don't edit the handling.cfg file, the number of polygons on the car model affects performance. Try putting the handling line of a Turismo to that of the mower, and you'll know what I'm talking about.)
I do hope you've put enough effort into reading all of that.

Well here's the problem,he could reply by himself but he said someone banned him on the forum also,can i know what for??Or is it because there was no reply button in the unban request topic when i logged in with my account and i just made post's with his user clearly stating that it was me?
And if there is some itchy finger admin who's about to lock the topic don't do it because the only reason im still replying back is because people keep replying on my topic,making a statement and then taking away my freedom to respond and explain myself is just a pathetic way to get out of argument,thank you.

Well I actually meant talking to him privately (in your forum maybe?), just tell him that he's not been straight and that he must've had mods. Not sure if someone banned him here, probably not (the unban topic was locked). I'd also appreciate it if you edited your first post to something more friendly lol

lol let them write anything they want. it's their opinion and we don't need to delete it for people to know the truth about us - hopefully by being good admins (which i believe we are) we can just prove them wrong.
it looks like what has happened here is ali_g has got what he want by pestering us. we wrote long posts about why WSD was hacking/using mods and why he couldn't have possibly won without them and all we get back is "i've known him for a year! he doesn't hack!" even though (here's the funny part) i saw on the nwa website chat thingy that WSD has been banned from many servers for hacking but doesn't know why :( the poor guy is even considering leaving samp cos he's be banned from so many servers. could it be that he actually hacks? "NO!!!!! NO ONE FROM NWA HACKS! 200MS DIFFERENCE blah blah blah". would it maybe be wise to do a reinstall of gtasa, maybe it's one of his mods? no! he's going to go on a racing server and win a race that it's impossible for him to unless he has mods or hacks. then like the true idiot he is he's going to complain on the forum when he gets banned! from yet another server. and not only him but ali_g too who has said bye so many times i've lost count but still keeps coming back. we've shown him time and time again why 200ms is a huge difference and it is. maybe when you use it out of context like he keeps doing, it seems small but in a 7 second straight line race it's huge.

well the only thing that could've caused this is a mod. we don't allow mods that change handling, only visuals. tbh they're just as bad as hacks.

i'm going to try and put this in terms you understand. as i've said before, people from the usa have worse pings than everyone in europe (except some people with really shitty internet) so on the starting line they have a disadvantage. NO amount of lag will make you faster so no matter what WSD says, it can't be lag.
imagine the starting line of a 100m sprint. for some reason the american people start a tiny bit behind everyone else. then amazingly, some american guy shatters the world record by 200ms. despite starting later than everyone else. oh and it turns out he's not even that fit compared to some of the other guys. but yeah it's only 200ms!!! right?!
3.Still thinks someone gives a shit about you here????????Ok here's another fact for ya'll:even though it turned out my friend was not banned for the factor of hacks and some admins even pointed that out some others still didn't thought it would be a deceant act to just unban the guy and admit they could be wrong when they never seen him hacking and instead decided to be paranoid about it since he won a couple of times. :-*
we did see him hacking though. and we have proof from that record which i've shown time and time again to be impossible for an american person without mods or hacks
And remember,nobody says members of our clan are hackers until proven guilty. ;)

The way I see it: if he has mods he needs to remove them all, then we can CONSIDER an unban, if we unban he will be tested, if we find mods again say goodbye forever. Not even visual mods should be allowed, they also affect the way the car handles. Thats the way I see it

I do agree with you that lag's probably not make him faster (didn't realised that until falky completely cleared the things out,i don't really have PHD in samp like you do so excuse me) it might be a valid reason to be suspicious about someone....but my point is that it's not that good of a reason to ban the guy straight away since it might be because of other factors what kind of justice is that and i agree with you about the mods....never said it couldn't have happend because of them,my point is that when a guy makes an unban request topic it's ignorant,undeceant,unfair and prejudice of other admins to keep claiming he's hacking when an other admin say's that overclocking the PC explain's everything in the post before,so what do you expect us to think.

That is really good but that doesn't mean that nobody can beat that record,that aint the best computer in the world and i think that's shit compared to the best gaming desktops in the world.You just banned 30-50(maybe much much more) players because they got little milli seconds before mooman,that is fuckin bullshit,you can't have a hack/cheat of sa-mp that can get you a little milli second difference,the minimum would be 1 second if he had hacks.
So you are telling me that a guy with intel core i1 and 2 gtx 480s can't beat mooman's record?this community is indeed fucked up till the edge,worst admin community i have ever fuckin played in,keep it up.
mooman you should consider upgrading your pc to have enough proof about people that get a little milli second time difference than you in drag.Poor community...

1) i have a faster computer than you
2) you have a way higher ping than me
3) i've done the race at least 30 times to get that kind of time whereas you only did it once
and if i hear that stupid 200ms argument again, argh, 200ms is a HUGE difference in a 7 second race. the rest of the records are so close to each other, there's less than a 200ms difference (169 to be exact) between the 1st and 20th record (which by the way were allll set by people in europe). this could NOT have been caused by lag so don't even bother with that excuse. and even if you had the best computer in the world (which you definitely do not) after a certain FPS (120 i'd say) the FPS gains level off and you need a good ping to get a record in that race. /me waits for the next bullshit excuse

well if someone bumps into you, it means their ping is jittery. so if they were behind you and their ping is 300 and then it suddenly turns into 100, they'll bump right into the back of you. and if you're behind someone with a 100 ping that suddenly turns into 300 the opposite will happen.

they appear to go further but really what is happening is that they were there all along but you just couldn't see them because of their lag. every time you see a "lag speed boost" there was always a lag slow down which helped create it. the "speed up" is just compensating for that. usually you notice it at the start of a race when someone doesn't move for half a second then suddenly theres a "boost" and they crash into someone. all that's happened here is they've gone to the same position they would have been in already if their ping was always the same.

all lag is is a delay between what is happening on your computer and what your computer is telling the server. unless you have a magical internet line that can send information to the server before your computer even tells it to, it's impossible for you to get that record. lag is one way - you do not go faster, you only go slower. when you appear to go faster to other people it's only because you appeared to be going slower before. in the end, you can never be faster because of lag.
