Title: IMPORTANT: temporary server password

due to some hacking going on in many sa-mp servers i set server password to hopefully keep the hackers away.
the pw is: bullet

the password is now removed, but only players with score above 500 and static ip are allowed online for now.

server updated to 0.3x R2, all is fixed.

it's not actually fixed in R2, so new players can't join again.
