hey guys I have been banned just 5 minutes ago, I am new to this forum so I dont know if there is a format for this stuff here.

reason of ban: speedhacks
why do you deserve to be unbanned:

I never hack I am aganist hacking, just play fair. I dont know why this happend maybe an admin typed in the wrong ID?
this is the only good racing server around and I really would like to keep playing here. I know I am not the nicest guy and that I can rage a lot, but still.
also I have a low FPS due my pretty bad PC but that looks more like slow hacks :D.

I dont because its unnecessarily for players who have less than 1000 score

put them together and my socre is over 1000.
then you need to prove my ''hacks'', since you dont have any I must be unbanned.

It's your fault for not using the rename tool (http://adrenalinex.co.uk/rename/). Are we supposed to record every player with under 1000 score in case they have another account?

well I dont really get the fact that only players above 1000 need proof, but whatever

I think you can get higher then this when using speed hacks...

this ban is unfair and I still dont understand why I wont be unbanned soon

No one said you were using hacks for all the time you were playing. And even if you were, speedhacks in no way guarantee a win. It sounds ironic but speedhacks require some skill too; if someone can't drive without crashing at normal speeds, they definitely won't be able to at 300 km/h.

yes, you are banned for two years, and be happy we no longer give permanent bans.
it is borderline impossible to record everyone and if we would need to get proof for low score players, they would just quit before we do anything. so unfortunately the benefit of doubt can't always work here, as we don't have the resources for proof.

and who should we trust? potential hacker or trusted admin?
