1- First of all you obviously must have installed the NFS MW in your pc.
2- Install GameRanger in your PC, you can download it from this link: https://www.gameranger.com/download/
3- Follow the instructions given in this video:

4- If GameRanger fails when loading the game click "Edit", then click "Options", select "Need for Speed: Most Wanted" from the list, click in "Browse" and then search and select the speed.exe file from NFS MW directory and then you will be able to play online with other people.

Doesn't look suspicios but if  you race there you will find that the split time on the first cp which is on a rect tram since start, have an split time of +5 secs, and if you continue racing, the split time won't decrease and that is only possible with speedhacks. 

Pd: you may need to look for that race on highscores page because for an unknown reason for me the link is not working right now

I raced there with split time set in highscore and saw that in a stretch tram in an imposible way split time increased about a second many times so that guy indeed used speedhacks.

It is especially notable on cps from 1 - 4 and 32  - 35. Thats fucking impossible.

You may laugh of this especcially when i just made a report of an well known racer, but a while ago a brazilan called McTcheca tried to steal my account, I don't know if he made it but i report it in case of that stupid log in with my account and start hacking on it. I hope you understand in case of that happen. 

PD: If I find that my account have been hacked I will tell you in this or another thread, thanks for your attention.
