Insead of food, i could keep buying guns lol.

I do have a question.
Is it technically possible to finish the same race twice?
There's a pic to demonstrate:

I finished, then there was a timeout,
i logged back on and hypothetically if the race was paused, would i be able to finish it??
I'm just curious.

I'm going to put my name onto the black list myself as I know I drove like shit.
This was one of the worst races of mine so far.

Partially I blame my car which understeered every corner.
Other Hotrings were more predictable as far as I could see.
