^ I think unemployment in the US is rising a lot faster than in UK. Anyway, he can work and live in UK since he's latvian (EU member) while there probably are some restrictions for the US. I guess that's the reason? Also, if it has to be out of Europe I think Australia has more opportunities than the US recently.
Anyway, good luck, and I don't know what kind of job you could find (I've heard in the countryside you can find some work, exhausting jobs in farms)

I just read a french article saying british journalists revealed some informations about the game... Maybe fake but I'll quickly translate (french source: http://www.adobuzz.com/news/39695-gta-5-journalistes-anglais-spoiler-jeu.html )
Map at least 4 times bigger than IV's LC.
There'll be malls and university campuses, and a huge hospital.
Lots of secondary characters, no children, there'll be animals but not sure if we'll be able to kill them.
Weather from heavy rain to boiling hot (nothing new, maybe heavier rain than before?)
The character will be a black american of about 30years old, and we'll be able to change weight and clothes.
We'll be able to catch other people and use them as a shield or hostage.
There'll be customisable weapons, axes, swords that can be stolen in a museum. Cops will be better than before and use tear gas.
A few mini games, bowling, basket ball, climbing, swimming, and 2 others that idk how to translate.
We'll be able to upgrade cars, and we'll have to fill the gas tanks (I really hope it's not a fake fort that).
But I doubt a lot about it being a serious articles, especially for the name of the website (teenbuzz) and there are some spelling mistakes..
Btw, after 1:05 on the trailer, do you think it's CJ getting chased by cops? imo no because he should look older, but I've seen a couple of comments saying that's him...

He gave those private informations about him by his own, nobody forced him to. I remember he was asking many people, me included, if I had facebook etc, if somebody doesn't want people to get private information they don't tell private informations.
Plus, he's on a bad side to criticize that, he took pictures from AX people's facebook account (so restricted to 'friends') to put them on youtube, on public videos, without even asking.

haha that picture was famous among french fans: some said since the shape of that cut paper looks like a map western france and there's "seagull" written under it, it could happen in western france but maybe the mountains were a tip for chilliad?
Anyway, for a long time I was thinking it might be a latino character because we've already had lots of ethnicities: white, italian, eastern european, black, asian... But I don't think any GTA had a latino as main character? Now I don't know, with the voice there's not much of an accent so I don't think it'll be a latino (sorry mosca, kb and any other latino

The weather excuse doesn't make much sense for a VC guy, I agree, there's not much difference between Miami and California...
For a release date, I'd say more like before Christmas 2012, in about 13 months.
Also I said I doubt it'll be whole SA. Well one thing against my opinion I thought about is that there are planes, planes are not very useful with only one airport (LA has only one airport irl?) even if we can have some small runways kinda like the abandonned airport.
It'll just be awesome if we have any other city... but I'm still pessimistic about that.
Anyway, I guess we'll still have to wait a long time to get any information about the pc spec needed? (we don't even know if it'll be on pc) because I've got to buy a graphic card, I might buy an HD5770 these days (my HD3870 got problems), and I hope it'll be enough to handle it.

Nice, modern days LA, not really surprising. Well this trailer is pretty much what we expect of a new GTA.
I had the same idea than max, MAYBE SF and LV coming in other trailers but I seriously doubt it. There's already a huge potential with LS+countryside.
