I once saw someone trying to brakecheck the driver behind him. The scary thing is that it was on the Autobahn 120KMH+
I don't get why people do that, brake-check that is. I admit to tailgating a couple of times(just following the BMW stereotype) but that's for a completely different reason. Its taught in the "bigger" drivers licence as a psychological think. If you want someone to drive faster you should drive closer to them to make them nervous and make them drive faster.
Then there are the self-licence traffic cops, people that brake-check the people in the behind so they can get a little money out of it and a really pissed off drug dealer/businessman/lawyer.
Same people that drive in the left lane of traffic below the speed limit. This! This is the kind of people that get on my nerves the most, I tend to drive a little over the 80 kph speed limit on the "highways" here in the capital and I want to pass someone. The saying goes "If you're being overtaken on the right, you're in the wrong lane", still people stay there even if I turn the indicator on, flash the headlights(as I said before, the BMW stereotype) but they still wont go out of the way. That's the part I get really pissed off and try to overtake them as obnoxiously as possible, tailgating, revving the engine to red-line(no mufflers, so its really loud) and almost cut them off.

Back to the quote, since it was on the autobahn where everybody drives way over the limit, its still stupid.

I've had a few, one more serious than the others. First time my side got chipped during a very legal street race. Nobody got hurt except for the other guys dignity.
The second time was a little more serious, I was a passenger in a car which got rear ended at around 80 kph. There were 3 cars that crashed into each other and we were the first ones(so we had the right of way the whole time). I hurt my back, the front passenger pulled a shoulder and the driver pulled his neck a little, nothing serious.
The third time I backed into a fire hydrant because of ice and broke the rear bumper.
And I've also been run into a few times by the same girl, but I just sat down on the hood and she gave me a lift that way  :D

Damn son, I thought Icelanders are quiet and calm dudes and you just say how you hit hydrants and have street races there :L
Well, you're not wrong. I'm pretty quiet and calm but Ax isn't the best influence for legal driving  :L Also it doesn't help to have two pretty fast cars which are known to drive like complete retards. The car culture here is huge.

Just buy an E46, they are starting to be pretty cheap and you live in Germany which probably has tons of nice ones.

Here few points I require:

2 - FWD or AWD, not intrested in RWD
3 - Power around 150-170, no more than 200 horses
4 - Engine no more than 2.0L

These 3 things, why not?

2. Not expirienced enough to care at RWD , also I need often to hillclimb in winter or rain. I'm bit affraid of fishtailing yet.
3. Alfa had 90 horses, now wanna update to something from 150-170, don't wanna already powerful beast with over 200 horsepower. I'm not expirienced enough to handle that power, and knowing myself, it would be too tempting, so for my own safety, don't wanna more.
4. Expencive taxes for anything over 2.0 L in Poland

2. I wouldn't worry about it. Steep gravel roads haven't done anything I can't handle.
3. As Jalicno said, 90-150-170 horsepower is not a huge upgrade and barely a noticeable. I wouldn't say I was a experienced driver (probably around 100.000 km), but my 200+ hp 535 is a handful in some situations. Welded diff and sudden throttle inputs don't go well together if you're not up for some involuntary drifting.
4. I haven't even thought of that...
