Im happly racing then i get a notice saying Banned by auto admin 661 reason: speedhack, ???

I thought it was a bug at first or somthing so i decided to rejoin, but it still said banned :S
I changed my name to N10_MadMan, and when i joined in i asked for a admin to talk to, then i got banned again but this time it said Ban evading. Now i dont know what i have done wrong, so please can some one help me?
If this is due to Hd mods, then That is F**ked.
Please may some one help me,

If this is the case, i will uninstall my Mods. But if i got banned then why doesn't MadMax get banned for his HD sabre? We are both using the same thing :S
