I saw that car is been cut from the picture, wasnt hard to spot.Light rays placed from another picture has nothing to do with lights around.Some blur.But i cant work to do that.

Wrong, it's called a bulb shot. It allows you to have extended light exposure by keeping the shutter pressed, creating nice effects

Here's an example I made:


They're quite fun to make too lol. I might go out and do some bulb shots in the city when I have time who knows I might spot a nice car and do a nice one on it

Is that light paintings?
Too bad I can never have these great paint job
