i change the radio on my KART and in same time all characters around me do it .... is this a bug or what ?

notice:

if you change radio as driver, everyone do same
if you change radio as passenger, your driver is changing radio, and every other drivers do same

Notice:

You can't change station when in a race that is NOT an SK race.

In SK races you can move on start cp while countdown goes down until 5 or so, then you are frozen until the "GO!" message appears.
