In one mission in Black ops you can see one of those digging of course its a video game but I got surprised cuz I knew about that digger before
That thing is huuuuuuuuge
More to say about it:
Its 17.196 TONS heavy
its 220 meters long
the wheel it used to dig is 21.6 meters high
Each showel takes 66.600 L each showel takes enough to fill 80 bathtubs!
It digs 240000m3 a day. Enough to fill up the Hindenburg!

Its not: C:\Program Files(x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas
If you installed it there, try changing the location in the patch.
If that doesen't work
download a crack
