Title: Allow my account from Country ban

Hi,

I'm a player from Algeria (41.107.*.*) and my IP range has been banned so I'd like to know if there's a way to allow me to access to the server ?

I have a dynamic IP so is it possible to allow my actual IP to create an account and then allow that account to connect to the server for example ?
