Re enabled dirt on vehicles for SA:MP like in SP
For all vehicles
 + including
R* missing texture fix, and other bugs
Elegy, Flash, Jester, Uranus, Sandking, Bloodring Banger and other vehicles - texture fixes
DFT-30, Roadtrain, Tanker - wheel fix
Sandking, Super GT, Uranus, Sadler, Dodo and artict1 - specular lighting fix.
Fence texture fix - Not used in game but can be used in MTA map editor (objects ID's 970, 974, 990 - 993)
(all textures original from R*)

GURU passed away on April 19, 2010, after a long battle with
cancer. He was 43.
