Would be great if will have something like votekick. When somebody really annoy us: insult, still drive near us and try ramming us, we would start a voting and when more than 50% of online people votes would pass the voting and kick the upsetting guy. Or instead of votekick would be votemute or voterace. If there is no admins online (I know nowadays all the time is but if not) people would start voting like i described in votekick.
