curious too about the quality but I would never buy a copy phone. Even though I twice bought counterfeit sony ms duo, and both were alright (still have one, years after buying it and works perfectly), and was less than half price including shipping fees from hong kong and china.

General Server Discussion / Re: Ramming in GTA IV races

I also didn't like it and first kept not-ramming but now i sometimes do...  but I wish it gets forbidden again.

imo the only players that could be allowed to ram in IV races are those without shooter against players shooting them.

anyway in /rules i don't think it's written: "NO RAMMING (except in IV mode)"

What money problems do The Netherlands and England have?

England, no money problems? Lol. You should have watched the news about 2months ago. But they might solve those without much problems. Anyway I really didn't want England to get the wc lol.
And about NL/BE, it's mostly about Belgium, we don't even know if Belgium will still exist in 2018 :L It's been like 3 years they're constantly having problems, mainly political, they spend months with no government......

Football + desert = no go. And yes I know about some European players go there for the fucking money. The thing you say about Qatar giving people their nationality, is what I'm afraid of. Isn't this competition distortion? And about the hotels I do'n't care lol, they have enough money to spend on and demolish the buildings afterwards.

Well about this football + desert, with the air conditionned stadiums, the problem's solved. But the fans that will go there will still be in a heavy heat outside... And people from western/north europe aren't used to that heat lol, even people from mediterranea might melt :L I also don't like the fact some countries give people the nationality just for that...

And also, I think there's a minimum in the choice of the country, not only that football has to be popular in the selected country, but also it should have some level in football... at least their team should have qualified once for a world cup... Qatar 0.
Giving the world cup to Qatar may make football more popular in arab countries (I don't know if it is popular or not in the middle east, but it's already by far the most popular sport in North Africa).

I've read that Russia will pay ~35billion € to organize the WC. Qatar... 75billion lol, more than double.

^ lol

About russia I think it's good, they do have money, and with the actual financial problems in the other candidate countries for 2018... and Russia never got a euro cup or world cup, let's hope it'll help them to develop some stuffs in which Russia doesn't have a very good reputation.
About Qatar... well money talks lol, otherwise how could a country with a population <1.000.000 and like 10 times smaller than ireland get the wc? But ush how do you know they have totally no football love lol? I heard football is by far #1 sport there, and what vertigo said about the "old" european players playing in their championship, that's true (money again xd). They'll still need to pay some good players and give them qatari nationality if they don't want to have a ridiculous national team lol. Another thing I'm concerned about, is where are going to go all the foreigners that will be there lol they'll need to build many new hotels, and then leave them 3/4 empty ?
I wanted australia to get the 2022 wc :( the thing I really don't like about Qatar having this WC, is that these last years we keep saying how much ecology is important, that we should try to waste less energy and use more renewable energies (if that's the correct expression) but I'm not really sure those air conditionned big stadiums will be ecologic. IMO such big events are a good opportunity for the organisators to show they can do something big without much pollution, will Qatar use for example their boiling heat with solar panels to produce the needed energy?

About the high public sector wages idk, but I know there are a lot of public employees in Greece, probably the highest rate of public employees compared to the number of active people in Europe si even if the wages aren't high it costs a lot to the State. And tax evasion is very high too, yes...

Back on topic, the only things I've seen about the protests was on the "no comment" part of euronews... I don't remember seeing anything about it in the news of yesterday.

hehe you're confirming my point of view of the nordic people (english + scandinavian + germans, including the small countries) that are quite chauvinist.

And to defend my point that EU shouldn't be only the richest countries, well those countries would lose quite a lot of money if they "cut" the links with the others... it helps them too with the export, they can export more since the other european countries don't have to pay many taxes for importing european products, and about the help to greece... germany and france are going to win hundreads of millions with the interest rates (over 8% if i remember well...), quite similar for the other countries in high debt. And another thing I hated about germany (ok it's not NL you'll say... but you want it in your EU) is how the medias insulted greeks, angayla merkel telling that they have to lower every spend of the state... except for weaponry, since gayrmany makes billions from selling weaps to greece. (around 1 every year only for germany, more for france) In the same time, we pretend that the EU is a pacific organization. Bullshit. It's a rapists organization imo.

If the so called PIGS (thanks english medias for insulting foreigners because of their economy... now you can also insult your own people) Portugal Italy Greece Spain went to leave the EU, or just the euro zone, it would be very bad for them, but also very bad for the other countries, and mainly the wealthy countries like France, UK, germany, benelux...

Now I mainly talked about greece cause that's the one i know more, but i'm pretty sure we could say many other things about the other countries.
