Actually, this topic is kinda illegal.
Sharing the original game files are illegal, just saying.
(also a reason why there's no topics on modding sites that link to backups)

I don't even know which files I need. I can list what I have and maybe you can check which files are missing.
This is what I have:
C:\Program Files\GTA San Andreas\audio\CONFIG
The txd file and BankLkup, BankSlot, EventVol, PakFiles, StrmPaks, TrakLkup
C:\Program Files\GTA San Andreas\audio\SFX
FEET, GENRL, PAIN_A, SCRIPT, SPC_EA, SPC_FA, SPC_GA, SPC_NA, SPC_PA
C:\Program Files\GTA San Andreas\audio\streams
AA, ADVERTS, AMBIENCE, BEATS, CUTSCENE

you have lost all radio files from "STREAMS" folder CH, CO, CR, DS, HC, MH, MR, NJ, RE, RG and TK
