We're now hosted in the Netherlands but for most players pings will be almost the same as they were before.
I'll believe that when I see your new doubleyou score. :L

The server will lose some people due to the IP changing ..

It won't lose any regulars because website is hosted separately.

I was wondering why the server was offline for such a long time. Can you edit the title of the old server and put something like "new ip: *ipnumber*" ?? That's what most servers do when they move :)

I'll let our host answer that Unfortunately, it is highly unlikely that the nullroute will be removed on 78.129.221.58 and thus you won't be able to have a signpost server.
