Does everything done on the server have to be by committee? How will it work? What happens if loads of noob are on and they keep voting for the same races? Won't that get annoying?

I just uninstalled it all (GTA, SAMP, MTA etc) and deleted all my user folders and the rockstar folder in prog files, then did a restart.

Now i have installed GTA again, applied the v1.0 files, re-installed samp and still have the same problems....

(I have gtasa.exe running as admin, does it need to be in a compatibility mode too? Do i need to run samp.exe as admin under compatibility as well?)
