My custom PC I mean with some upgrades :
Processor : Intel pentium 4 3.0 was Intel celeron 2.80
Ram : 1 GB was 512 mb
Hardisk : 160 gb was 80 gb
OS : windows xp sp3 was sp2
Video card : Intel gma 3100 g33/g31 , will upgrade it this month maybe

Can there be a Rank system ? , and achievements
and a speed hack detecting system ,
Anti-(flame-spam-flood) system
I dunno If this's available on SA:MP or no , But why can't there be pick-ups like nitrous pick up and health pick-up , or It can be something that gives you alot of speed
