According to this http://forum.adrenalinex.co.uk/index.php/topic,531.0.html, hes been "monitored" since march 2009, all 2010 year he was racing well, why he should hax aniway. Ban list not been cleaned?

Every russian who know how to write in translite (Pycckuu)and who want to show where hes from - could use it, and no mater hes fair or not, he is a player first, then cheater or not! Ip do not match and as i said anyone can use "Pycckuu"(русский on kirillic) who feels like from Russia, it reads like "Russian" on kirillic.

alright, i've read the old thread and this one and here's the info:
1. this guy, [SR]Pycckuu, with an IP starting with 77.40. may have hacked before but it was decided (http://forum.adrenalinex.co.uk/index.php/topic,531.msg7112.html#msg7112) that he was to be unbanned and monitored.
2. now a new, TOTALLY DIFFERENT, guy, Ak47_Pycckuu, with an IP starting with 94.19. did hack but as you can see from the common name, different IP range and clan this is a different person.
Unbanned.
