It is. It happens when packets are lost, so the server thinks you got 0 fps and you get blocked.

I already asked for a double/triple check yet nothing has been done yet. Thanks Karlis!

I played the lucky races, it was really fun, im so unlucky lol i only finished one.
Then i had things to do so i had to leave early.

I expected something actually competitive, but it was more like a fun event.

The problem is that people have access to practice it before the tournament. Knowing all the tricks beforehand destroys the competition, thats why in racewars (in samp) we always choose someone else whos not going to play to create all the races, so we can provide full equality to the competitors and test their actual skill.

imo races had to be random.
This tournament is basically a competition of who knows best those tracks, and not whos actually the most skilled driver.

It's not that it's bugged, it's working as it should.

The only problem with that system is it just doesn't rely on the FPS a player has, but also on the internet. When your connection gets a big loss or a high ping, the system will trigger a low fps because it couldn't track your current fps continually without any problems.

But it's too sensitive, any little drop you have will trigger the system, so, most of times I get blocked (check my screenshot on last page), I didnt even notice I had a lag spike.

If this feature were to be put in MTA, the system would do the same anyways.

You didn't understand after all.

My point is, there's no other way for that thing at all. It's always server-side.

It's obviously server-sided, everything on sa-mp is server-sided.
The problem is, it's simply too sensitive, if you get less than 30fps for half a second, the system blocks you. It never double checks, or waits if you're really abusing it (you would need more than half a second to do that).

To solve this problem, we could, instead of blocking you in the first time it spots you're under 30fps, give you a warning, and if you stay with less than 30fps for 5 seconds, it blocks you.
I dont see how it's possible to abuse the system for 5 seconds, the time you will win by abusing this bug will be the time you will waste typing /fpslimit.

I do not care about hackers, put 5 years the ban

It's not about caring for them, its meant to bring those players back and hope they learned with their mistakes. If they do that again, they get banned again.

The first problem why low online it is a lot range bans.
Even tab hosted can't help if new players trying join on the server and see "You are banned from the server" or "Range ban". They no will say on the forum for unban... They will search new server for play. I'm sure this happened so many times!
My suggestion is to unban all range bans or unban those which been banned more than 2 years ago.
After that will be more new players.
My opinion: banned range bans is stupid because then a lot players can't join server.
The exception is when my range was banned. Because i was bad person for some time. But anyway friends with my provider can't join server because our range was banned.
Administrators think about it. Online should then increase. And if cheaters will be returned it's never too late to ban them again.
And after that you can change TT races to MERGE + Ghostmode. And "One world" to "Ghostmode".
It will be interesting to play and online will be high. And you can make more slots for players. AdrenalineX will be great like in 2010-2012 for example.
So guys.. What you think about it?

I'd go for that. Remove all the range bans and ban cheaters who come back again.
I'd also decrease the cheating punishment time for 1 year or 6 months. We would see old cheaters come back again, but if they cheat again, ban them again.

About the TTs to Merge+GM, 66_nos is already working on that.

And what did you do except that you shared players in 5-6 different modes? Let's say that AX has at least 50 players online and 5 modes (maps) at any time, each mode will have a maximum of 10 players. I provided an option with which all the players on the server could play without problems, this is not better?

Better than have no players at all.
99% of the players who realizes you need to download a launcher in order to play this server will give up and wont play it.
99% of those 1% who realizes you need to download a huge map in order to play this server, will join the other 99%.

Creating a launcher for this server is not even shooting at our own feet, its shooting at our own heads.
