SA-MP Fanboys should know that the car mod shown in the video is downloaded from MTA will only be used in MTA because it's a server-side car mod (The car mod will only be used is a specific server for ex. The resources you downloaded came from AX and will only be used in AX and not in other server).

Jitter is what matters the most. Have 4ms jitter and you'll experience laggy playing even at the lowest ping possible.
