Title: buildmodelicense

Hi,

i was wondering if the admins decided something yet about players that want to get their buildmodelicense. i passed the test like a few weeks ago. But the admins didnt give licenses because there were a lot of "noobraces" and they were thinking of a new way to get a buildmodelicense. Did you guys invented something new yet? (couldnt find anything on the forums) i like to get a license and want to know how long to wait or what to do for it.

the only thing we invented yet is delay :L
