jetmax is faster in game files, but squallo is faster practically.
that's because squallo don't bump around like etmax does, it cuts the waves.
so unless wave height is 0(its -1 by default i think, slight shaking) squallo will be faster.

here's updated Latvian,
fixed few typos, and translated everything that was left (there were much English text still)
things i didn't touch yet :
parts of race editor(not very needed, as to get permission to use one, you need know English anyways.)
and menu sections, ill probably do that later, but menus got much stuff i can't translate propertly, and half of menu translated would be lame.
