Fuck it, I've tried everything I can imagine and I can't make SAMP work, and I ain't going back to W7 since I paid $15 for W8 pro. I tried compatibility (all options), updating video card, reinstalling... If anyone finds a magic fix I would appreciate it a lot, if not, sadly I think this is it for me...

What it says ? What errors do you have ? I am sure there are some incompatibility / conflicts issues, since most of users who tried windows 8 didn't reported any problems with SAMP.
Windows 8 is based on windows 7, so i see no reason to not be compatible. Also windows 8 hasn't been released to replace windows 7, if you believe that, you are wrong. Win 8 is developed for touchscreen devices such as tablets phones and touch screens monitors, for desktop PC's Win 7 is the new king.

heh Im a titled pc technician and this got me pretty frustrated, first time I loose a fight with a pc. Loads till like 80% and then crashes, some people have the same problem, for some a fix in samp forums worked, for some it didnt...

use a virtual machine with win7 in it and play :L
-
if you are using crack, try other one?

I don't know for others, but It was hard for me to make gta sa work in win7 64bits. Sometimes mouse didn't work, and sometime it did. It was weird.
Try to use GTA SA User Files from a Win7 system, maybe it's that

I had the same mouse problems while working a bit with Win7 (although 32bit). Set the gta_sa.exe process priority to low or run this code in Autohotkey and put it in autorun to avoid switching the priority each time you want to play:
Loop
{
Sleep 1000
IfWinActive GTA:SA:MP
Process, Priority, gta_sa.exe, Low
}
Another option is this programm (http://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Mouser/proctamer/) - it'll automatically lower the priority of all CPU-eating apps (works on the fly).
No idea about knutico's problem though :( haven't worked in Win8 so far.
(Edited the code a bit)

You tried this too, right? (Just to confirm)
-
make sure that you have gtasa 1.0, if not, then downgrade here (http://forum.mtasa.com/viewtopic.php?f=104&t=15151)

just go back to w7 imo. if the only reason you're staying with w8 is that you spent money on it, you have to realise that the money is already gone and it'll be gone no matter what you do. with the money gone, there are 2 options: you can decide to either continue wasting time with the terrible w8 just so your money "isn't wasted", or you can go back to the working w7 knowing that the money is already wasted but also that, on the bright side, you at least won't be wasting any more time.

economist i'd say :L

economist indeed haha, I'm quite happy with W8, so far this is the only flaw I've found, so for $15 I shouldn't be so disappointed tbh. Im gonna make a W7 partition just for SAMP, guessing it will need 10 Gb tops. I'll be back online tomorrow afternoon/night (night or very late night Europe time). Thx for the help guys, and yes I tried all that Karlip :P
-
ah ok it's not so bad then :L

Installing W7 in 20Gb partition :P

I really like Windows 8, haven't had any problems as of yet, also downloaded the start menu addon which gives you different versions from the past, only thing that I don't really like is the colouring of the task bar, Windows 7 was much nicer looking

Always install the older system first ffs...
